Meet Shea Peffly

Shea grew up in a structured military household as the daughter of a Marine, where she learned early the importance of disciplined hard work and earning trust and respect. Those foundational values shaped her path—from senior operations and executive leadership roles into entrepreneurship—giving her more than twenty-six years of hands-on experience, navigating complexity, and driving results. While serving as an integrator in her own EOS-run company, she discovered something that changed the direction of her work: real transformation doesn't start with better tools or tighter processes — it starts with self-accountability, and self-accountability starts with knowing who you are. Today, Shea leads from that same belief. She is a genuine, intentional, and self-aware woman who exists to be of value to others — living out her core values of leading with love, leaping into growth, and leading with intention. That's the work she now does with every executive leader she coaches: helping them do their own self-journey first, so they can lead others from a place of clarity, integrity, and calm.
